Dempsey Minerals Limited ("Company") lodged the Prospectus on 14 April 2011 with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission ("ASIC") for an offer of 12,500,000 ordinary fully paid shares at an issue price of 20 cents per share (“New Shares”) to raise up to $2,500,000 (“Offer”).
